1. This is the membership and agreement form of Real Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

2. Any individual who is more than eighteen years of age, will be eligible for participating in the " Mining program ".

3. I am becoming a member to participate in the mining of RBC.

4. I am ready to agree to all the terms and conditions of mining of RBC.

5. I am ready to pay the requisite amount, in order to download the App from the play store, to participate in the mining process.

6. Those who are bidding the unique and highest value will be eligible for getting the Real Bid Coin(RBC) .

7. Individuals who are having mining points with them, only can participate in the mining process.

8. Mining fee will vary depending upon the variation in the value of RBC.

9. Unique and highest bidder will get one RBC and the next eight unique and highest bidders will get 10 RB(Real Bits) each.

10. As the number of participants in the mining process goes up, the mining fee will also increase and hence the value of RBC will also goes up.

11. The person who is getting the RBC, can return the same to the company or to a third party. If he is giving back to company, 10% of RBC value will deduct and the balance will transfer to his account immediately. If he is transferring to a third party, he has to pay 5% to the company to get a transfer PIN. This transfer PIN validity for 24 hours only.

12. If a person is promoting the mining program, he is eligible for 10% referal, 10% binary, level and repurchase commissions.

13. In order to get the referal and binary commission, each side should have one direct referral.

14. If a person gets RBC through mining process, the sponsor will get 10 RB as incentive.

15.I am participating in the mining process without any force or cohesion from anybody and I had fully understood risks involved.

16.The company keeps all the rights to remove any person from the mining process, if he/she violates any of the above terms and conditions given above. The decision of the company authorities will be final.

17. I am hereby agreeing to all the above terms and conditions and willingly participate in the mining program.

18. If any dispute arises will be settled within the jurisdiction of the registered office of the company.
